Yet another fabulous day at the second Trainer Talk Live ! - this time in London.
It was a hot and steamy day outside but we were lucky enough to be in the tranquil and cool surroundings of Etc Venues Bonhill House http://www.etcvenues.co.uk/venues/bonhill-house A big thanks to all the team there for looking after us so well.
Simon Jordan http://simonjordan.tv was on top form again. He kept us all really entertained as well as giving us some really valuable tips on How To Attract More Clients and Get More Profit.
An excellent lunch with lots of noise, chatting and ideas being exchanged. Simon made another video which I’ll post in the next few days – I know you’re going to love it!
Down to business again in the afternoon at the Trainer Talk Clinic. Some of the issues we talked about and got solutions to:
- How to close a sale
- How to drive traffic to your site
- How to get your first customer
- How to use blogs to get clients
- How to monetise your knowledge
- How to get associate work
- How to price an event
- How to successfully launch a new product
I also got loads of ideas from the group around future topics for events, suggestions for guest speakers and what each of you could personally contribute to Trainer Talk Live – so thanks for that!
One comment from Mike Bernstein really summed up the day:
A BIG value, little expense day. Didn’t look at my watch once. Great people. Great content. Great venue. Great value. A joy – Thankyou!

Excellent session. I came back with tons of ideas on how to market my sales training business more effectively….and, even better, they are things I can do straightaway. Also, I really enjoyed bouncing off ideas with Sharon, Simon and everyone else in the group. Great value for money and highly recommended.

It was such a valuable day and all the info is still being digested, which is great! Simon’s talk was brilliant – it taught me that actually marketing should be a lot simpler than I sometimes make it! I feel a lot more focused now, how about everyone else?
The Trainer Talk clinic was ace too; everyone was supportive, helpful and full of great ideas. The advice was worth so much to my business – feel I can start to use Trainer Talk Live as a support network for advice and fresh ideas. I might even need a few trainers as guinea pigs soon…

Hi Sharon,
Just wanted to say many thanks to Simon and Yourself as well as all of the delegates for an excellent and very stimulating workshop on Friday 21st May in London. What a great way to spend the day!
I left the workshop not only armed with new knowledge, ideas and enthusiasm but with new contacts and friends as well.

Hi Sharon
What a grand day, it was fantastic to meet other trainers and bounce ideas around and see what had worked for others. It has given me LOADS of ideas to put into my business and increase our productivity and sales. I came away from the day actively looking at ways I can take the advice given by Simon and yourself and put it into action.
As previously said you made it a lot simpler in my mind than it had been previously. I will definitly return to another TrainerTalk event.
Thanks again
Ian

Hi Sharon
I agree it was a good day and well worth the money. I’m just sorry I had to leave so quickly at the end to get my train, hence missing a last opportunity to network. I do hope you can set up the Forum that was suggested by a few people , it would help newbies and old hands alike.
I also like your blog entry on Specialising much food for thought there.
Keep up the good work
